Rash on forearm.?

I have no clue, unless its a heat rash or possibly an allergic reaction to something you've touched. (cat scratch possible?)
Use cortisone cream and Benedryl. You may have gotten bit by a spider too? If its not better I would concur that you should see a doctor soon.
Benedryl will make you sleepy. Hope you have someone to help with the baby:o)

It may be an allergic reaction or it may be some sort of rash that could be contagious. Take some Benadryl and use some hydrocortisone cream on the rash. Try not to handle the baby, if that's possible. If the Benadryl and hydrocortisone cream don't work by tomorrow, then see your doctor.

may be you leand on something that gave you bad reaction keep rashes dry and wear long shirt when around infants they are really subsectabl cause ther skin is new and not tough like yours
