LOL they dont just cut off your breast, and theyll leave the nipple unless the cancers gotten ther somehow... and she wont if they remover it

No..what would it grown on...this is a very serious subject and unless you are a woman you cannot fully understand the sensitivity of this. If my hand was cut off..would a finger grown back but to my arm...NO. if my arm is cut off would my hand grown back to my shoulder? No. Only finger/toenail and hair grown back but they are not CUT from the living part..we actually cut off the dead part. We cannot grow back new body parts like a lizard. wait, I just looked and I think my tail really IS coming back...nevermind.
No, not if she has a normal mastectomy. If she has reconstruction of the breast, the plastic surgeon can devise something that looks like a nipple, but it won't feel like one because the nerves have been severed.
