I am 53 male & started getting big water filled knots on my chin...similar to pimples. Any ideas what this is?

Dermoid cysts. Some people who start getting them end up with many of them all over their face and neck. You should see a doctor about removal options and a sure diagnosis.
I would say it s a reason to visit your doctor.
theyre ingrown hairs but some rubbing alcohol on them and dont shave over them cause it will just make them hurt worse and heal slower
