70 hours of work can make you tired. You could try a polite vitamin that has lots of B12 a moral source of energy. Try working smaller quantity if possible. You may be surprised how much dynamism you have.

i have be this way for a while too. but next i started toning my body getting fit. it helps you sleep better at hours of darkness, you llose weight and gain muscle. you find yourself more helpful and you feel better. the best method to do it is to find a partener that is likely and pushy so that way you hold some one their to be waiting for you to get within instead saying ably no 1 will know if i dont work out tonight, or im too tired i dont feel approaching it. if you dont have time to signup for a gym find a place that you can way of walking with someone ( i know my precinct has mile marker for those who use the mall as their source of excercise) resembling a nature trail, or even your neighborhood. biddable luck
