some of disease can be similiar to cancer,like celiac disease,chrone disease,irritable bowel syndrome.you had better to see doctor and know about your disease.

personaly, i dont know and no one else probably does on here either. don't waist your time here. you should get to a doctor asap so someone who knows what they are doing can help you. it sounds pretty serious and it may not turn out good if u dont go in soon.
black stool is sometimes blood in the stool. you dont have to have cancer to have blood in your stool, but you should go to the doctor, you could be developing ibs, which can cause some of your symptoms
