3yr old daughter got rash on TRUNK of her body only?
She's quite "snotty" too,but fine in herself!!

doctor, for some antibiotics.unless it is viral rash.
could be eczema or if she was left to herself a bit she may have gotten into an acidic liquid my brother found some drano in the trash when he was little and had to go get a burn treatment
Poison ivy, Hives, Allergic Reaction to something that may have touched her body there and soaked into her pores. the sympton is hard to diagnose by saying just rash.
take her to the doctor, don't take any chances. If you can't afford a doctor and you live in the States go to any ER.
