Has anyone read this book and quit? I have be smoking for 23 years and I read the book and quit smoking for 2 weeks.I was doing great...I own never quit that long before ...EVER..I have a few drinks on Xmas Eve and my husband smokes and I had a puff and that be it.Now Im back at it and want to try again.It be so hard person around my husband...it didn't bother me that other people smoked..in recent times that he was lighting up by me adjectives the time...but I told him too..that he didn't have to swing ..I did. He is now contained by the middle of the book...Should I re-read it? It truly worked the first time for a little while...I be drinking a little to much and I consent to my guard down...
Answers: Keep trying till you get it done. It process life style change cause drinking is newly as bad on the vigour. when you get the urge to smoke sing amazing grace till the urge pass,, it works
