You do not get acne from stress. If you sweat while stressing, possibly, but otherwise that is not a road acne is formed. Also diet does not effect your skin ethier [Only color, such as not eating economically could result to pale skin]. It is surprising, but its true. Acne break outs start anywhere within a person's life. Mostly teenagers seize it because they are under going youth, but some people own it later contained by life. I would not use nuetrogena if once you stop acne comes hindmost, its the way the company get you to keep buying more. Try other brands that you`ve hear good roughly & see if they work. I use pro-activ & it works pretty well. It doesn`t clear your skin completely within a few weeks as some people might speak, but I guess its different for everyones skin.
try another product, if that doesn't work call the doctor. contained by certain situations they may know how to prescribe something.
