Help! i hold a big restlessness?

i'm not sure how high it is but i'm going to walk check in a minute i haven't taken any medication because apparently we're out my ears/whole body/ face are vastly hot. what can i do to reduce it? please relief.


Answers:    Tylenol or asprin will help - I prefer Tylenol for disorientation and it is safe those beneath 18. Also cool baths and cool compresses will make you get the impression better. And lots and lots of fluids.
You cannot state that you have a high-ranking fever if you don't know what your tempertaure is.
