Can i go to the ER by my self?? im 16 male.?

by caretaker dosent want to take me becuse i have been 10 times and they havent found anyrhing. she thinks it is in my head. my head hurts muscle twitches body slight shaking. i am going to go alone. i have nobody to take me.

most states will require permission from a parent to treat you unless it's a life threatening emergency..so no.you can't. if you've been seen so many times for the same thing why aren't you following up with your own doctor? the er is not there to help you with long term care. the purpose of the er is to diagnose and treat life threatening illness and refer you for futher testing. they don't get into complicated things because there is no time. it sounds like you need to be getting some consistent care by a internist or neurologist.
