I found that both my GERD and IBS were related to eating wheat. Lots of people never consider that connection. Wheat(or gluten) sensitivity can also cause what appears to be lactose intolerance. The wheat problem allows the milk protein to stimulate the immune system into apparent allergic response to milk products.
Fibromyalgia is a very complicated disorder. There are so many things that it causes problems with. Be patient and keep a diary of everything you consume, experience and inhale daily. Eventually you will see patterns. Keep reading, the more you read the more you will understand.

I have fibro and IBS, but not GERD. I have migraine much of the time. I go for acupuncture. It has helped some.
Have you ever tried MSM?
Look up fibromyalgia on www.lef.org. They have a good protocol. I have been trying it for about 4-6 weeks now. It is up and down but I have some really good days when I can get a lot done and not get sore afterward. L-Glutamine <an amino acid> has helped IBS and fibro too.
