If you, (or whoever) had a yeast infection, could've been transferred to him.
Since we don't diagnose online here, I strongly suggest that he goes to a doctor to find out the reason of what you have described. Any other thing to be said here would not be science but mere personal expectations.

Well.first off why aren't you making him wear a condom? Second, ever though about buying some KY and keeping it handy for when you get "dry?" Third, he could have an STD.not sure what kind gives you a chapped look though. However, it might be best for the both of you to just go to your dr. and get tested just to make sure you are both "clean" anyway. Can't hurt. Good luck!
you need some condoms first off and 2nd, go get checked, and 3rd yea its most likely an STD, it sounds like something my boyfriends friend had. Its treatable but you need to be checked.
that happens to my boyfreind too and yes it's because of the dryness not an STD, i don't know of any STD that cause a chappped spot on a guys penis. get some lubericant and also tell him to put some sensetive skin lotion on the area and that will help out! try a johnson and johnson product (baby lotion)they are mild and won't make it worse like purfumy lotions do! i also would get checked just in case, because i'm not a doctor just going by expiernces i have had!

Does he have any type of eczema or psoriasis? My husbands penis gets the same way sometimes. He does not have an STD, he has psoriasis. He can get a shot of Decadron and it clears him up for about a month. If you suspect he or you may have an STD, suggest that you both go get tested, that way you can find out without him getting all defensive on you.
