Answer:
There are copious causes of hypothyroidism. Increasing soy and using fluoride can slow down the production of thyroid hormone. Decreased iodine level can also be a cause. Look up iodine patch try-out on the internet and try it. It will give a rough view if you are iodine deficient.
You already tested, so spawn sure you find out the number result. A TSH over 2,0 indicates the gland is slowing down. A TSH should always be done first point in the morning, so I'm hoping you have a morning test. Along next to TSH, a free t4 and free 3 may be more helpful than in recent times a TSH. Also recommended is a thyroid antibody test. Some ancestors will develop high antibodies until that time having hypothyroid symptoms.
Treatment is thyroid hormone. Most are put on T4 next to the idea that their bodies will convert the T4 into T3. For those that don't convert economically a natural med approaching Armour containing both T4 and T3 may be helpful. I've be on both and find the natural med to sustain more.

maybe u're have goitre -the enlargement of thyroid gland due to iodine less. the thyroid glanc is attached to the surrounding area somewhere surrounded by your neck, if it's middle-of-the-road it will move along as you swallow, but if you feel something when u swallow, it's possible that there's increase of thyroid. soon, it will progress to either diffuse or nodular goitre - if it's diffuse you will hold one big lump, if it's nodular - it feels similar to the mass is on top of another mass.
it could be hypothyroidism -bcoz iodine is needed to be paid thyroid hormone, if you take smaller amount iodine, there will be smaller number thyroid hormone.
I also have hypothyroidism. And I enjoy recently lost my form insurance. I have have allot of symptoms due to my condition but hives has never be one of them. The lump in your throat is more than credible the gland which IS due to thyroid disease. When I used to go for my check-ups explicitly one of the first things the doctor would check. (To see if the glands were swollen.) I am intensely diet conscious as well and soy have never been a problem thus far. I am on Synthroid or another word for it is Levoxyl. One tablet a sunshine for the rest of my life. From adjectives the doctors I have spoken near they claim there is no "natural" remedy for this condition. When your thyroid is malfunctioning, raw foods will not be sufficient to stabilise your metabolism. You inevitability medication. Try going to a free clinic or going to the F.I.A. to see if you qualify for Medicaid. This is a serious condition that over time left untreated can really start to permenently sprain your body. And yes, hypothroidism is heredetary. I hope I helped some.
