My friend does too and she is using acutane...it takes forever to get but it works!
scrub "her" back more often. "she" obviously sweats alot and isnt washing good enough.

you could also get those acne wipes (oxy-clean or something)that are around $7-10
which are cheaper

umm she might be able to go out and buy "oxy" it's a really fast facial acne product but it might work on her back too? you can find it in your local drugstore (kroger's? walgreen's?) wherever really...but it's not that expensive either so good luck!
That Stephanie chick is a witch. I sometimes get acne on my back, and I use a scrub EVERY DAY, and shower twice a day, before work and before bed. Sorry I don't have any advice, but I couldn't help but comment on her rude comment.
