Do you think i should go see a physician for a small pimple that came up on my lip?

No there is no need to see a doc. If it looks like a pimple it probably is. Look online for pictures of cold sores or ask someone older than you to see what they think it looks like. If it is a cold sore try abreva from the store and don't kiss anyone or share eating or drinking utensils etc.
The pimple was probably going to show up sooner or later anyway. If you're thinking herpes, it wouldn't appear overnight. Get educated! Treat it like the acne it most likely is and stop worrying.
no i had something like that but it does go away on its own just be patient cause it tends to go away slowly

honestly it could just be a pimple, like you said. I'd say, ignore this one but if you get another one don't go to the doctor unless Signs and symptoms of dehydration occur.Then you should definetly head to the emergency department.
Just so you know the virus is highly contagious, most people have been infected by at least 1 herpes subtype before adulthood. Don't sweat it!
