Internal Mouth bump?

Hello.

I am prone to canker sores on my bottom lip, but I seem to have a painful bump elsewhere.

Inside my mouth, like at the back, I can feel this one "wiggly" bump (if I could compare it to anything, it's like the bumps you get when you shave). When I touch it with my tougue, it hurts; I had it for like three or four days.

Is it a canker sore or something else?

Answer:
Wash your mouth out with warm water an salt for 30 sec three times a day. now if it bust dont swallow it, you can get sick or die. Make sure you brush good an use mouth wash to keep this from happenign again
oh yea its a canker sore. ive had a couple canker sore's before...i feel srry for u. i hope its gets better
