The doctors asked me to leave the hospital room for few minutes; so, that they could put my father on a breathing apparatus. When the doctor stepped out of the room he told me that my father had passed on. I walk into the room to be with my dad and when I looked at his forehead I notice a million tiny red veins on his forehead (a mental picture I will never forget). Does anyone out near know if that has any implication? If it means something please don't sugar coat it. I hold to know. Does it mean he struggled when he passed?

when blood is circulating you don't imagine like that but when blood stops flowing the skin looses its color (making things more noticeable) and the little capillary that you saw had blood contained by them. hope that helped...
