Innitially you lose weight but over time, the more you do it you begin to gain because your body inside is starving for those missing nutrients so it begins to grab hold of everything that goes into it-building fat storage.

Hey, I used to make myself throw up when I felt to full after eating a meal. Stop now because to more you continue to do it the more addictive it will become. People cause themselves to throw up for many different reasons. You should really try to evaluate why you want to throw up. Well, it depends on why you made yourself throw up.
Did you do it because you want to lose weight? If that's the reason then no. It is unhealthy for you to do that. the stomache acids in your stomache will eat away at your tooth enamal if you throw up alot. I know somewone who was bulemic for a long time and had to get dentures because her teath were literaly dissintegrated.
Did you do it because you felt nauseous and needed to get whatever was in your stomache out? If that's the case then it's fine to do that when you need to.
Did you exert yourself doing a physical activity? Then it would be ok for that too.
Go see a therapist you need help before it gets out of controll you will die
