Dark circles beneath the eyes - HELP?
any opinion what the reason is ?
how can i concordat with it ?
i do sleep 7 hours a hours of darkness, drink plenty of water, get through veggies and fruit, do not smoke, do not drink .

There are many cause of dark circles, from age, inheritance, allergies, cold or sinus infection, bone structure and glasses which are not so commonly agreed.

If you would like to apply home remedies to make smaller dark circles, here are some of my suggestions:
Buy a box of regular, frail fashioned unflavored gelatin (e.g. Knox) from grocery store. Take a small cup or bowl and put in 1 teaspoon of the gelatin mix. Add one tablespoon of boiling dampen & stir for a minute. Test it on your wrist to make sure it is not too hot. Then, using a cotton orb, pat it under your eyes as you would an eye cream or gel. Go story down and listen to some music, or take a tub & let it stay on for at most minuscule 30 minutes. Then just rinse it stale.Gelatin is very soaring in Vitamin K & Biotin. It will not remove your overcast circles on the first application (but you will notice a difference), but if you do it on a daily basis for a week, and then 2-3 times a week for repairs, you should notice a drastic downgrading in shade circles.

Anemia could create dark lower than eye circles. Have your iron checked.

cut up a raw potato and put the slices on your eyes, resembling cucumbers, the potasium in the potato help the dark circles plentifully! it smells wierd but it works lol my mom would do this a lot because she barly slept which give her the dark circles..
You stipulation to get some eye gl or crea which may shift the ominous circles. Something like garnier revitalift eye cream should assist. Just go into your local drug store and ask for an eye gel that get rid of dark circles.
I hear that using a cold teabag can get rid of grey circles too. It might be a pigmentation problem, but try going to drug store and explaining your problem.
Are you olive skinned? Because me and my family, and pretty much anyone I know beside this skin tone is born with this. There may not be much you can do going on for it.
