How do u find rid of acne?i tried every entry?
Answer:
try an herbalist!! that was the one and only thing that worked for me after trying pills and programs and the like-you'll be amazed at the results!!
Check it out!!
I would suggest Proactiv. It works really economically. You can get the generic big-hearted at Target for cheaper. It's called Acne Free.
If that doesn't work, try "The Acne Cure." The steps are outlined surrounded by this article: http://www.cbsnews.com/stories/2003/06/1...
I know parts sound grotesque, like putting an rime pack on your face, but it worked SO okay for me when nothing else did!!
If adjectives else fails, commander to the dermatologist. She will be able to prescribe you a medication that will really work for you. Best of luck from someone who struggled with a similar problem for a long time!
i am equal way. there's profusely of solutions out there that abet but nothing to that give us the oh-so-flawless-and-perfect skin that everyone else seems to own.
currently now i use proactiv but ive tried tons of other stuff. it works okay. it controls my acne but it's definately not gone.
the best entity to do besides topical medications is exercise, drink tons of wet and eat hygienic. cut out the sweets. also get an adaquete amount of sleep.
the authenticity is it might be impossible to get rid of completely because of the role your hormones and skin type play but you can control it. suitable luck.
Talk to your doctor- if you are going through puberty, its most likely hormones... and that's not really something you can control in need a prescription, and even that doesn't always aid. If you aren't going through puberty, its because you are doing something wrong. Wash your face 2x a light of day, everyday, with a non-soap cleanser... I've used Nivea for Men forever, and love the stuff... in attendance is also another good one made call Purpose. Don't forget to moisturize afterwards with a non-oil base facial moisturizer. Exfoliate 2x a week with an exfoliate of your choice (I resembling St. Ives Apricot Scrub), and if you feel the have need of, get a blanket to use every week (St. Ives makes a great strip off mask). That should facilitate, unless you are rubbing dirt into your face. and if you are doing that stuff, and its not helping, you any have really sensitive skin, so it keep getting irritated, you have a horrible diet, or its hormones.
Try wash your face using obverse wash cream that prevents acnes and removes dirt, grease! Then eat profoundly of fruits, salad, vegetable; reduce fleshy, sweet stuff, junk food. Sleep at smallest 7 hours a day, 'cause sleeping will tender your skin time to recover. Do not touch your skin, or your acnes regularly, for that will explanation the acnes to develop more. However, maybe it's of late puberty, and after 2-3 years, they will be the past!
Prevention: Wash your obverse everyday at least contained by the morning and before you step to bed at night (more normally if you excercise/get especially greasy and/or oily) and CHANGE YOUR PILLOWCASE EVERY WEEK AT LEAST! No one thinks of this. Also, don't cover up next to makeup and ****-let your face breathe! Good luck. If adjectives else fails...see a dermatologist.
Please don't use Proactive. That stuff is injurious to your skin and the longer you use it the worse the damage.
Most acne is cause by reactions to skin precision products (my daughters problem) or lack of appropriate moisture within the skin (my problem).
Go to marykay.com find a consultant and email her let her know what you hold tried and she can send you sample for a week or so that will help.
I have made an appointment for my daughter (16yrs old) to see a dermatologist when someone suggested Formula 2 from Mary Kay and I had her try it during the 3 week lurk for the appointment and the first week was rough. She broke out worse the first week (took a while to attain the impurities out of her skin), the second week she heal and by the end of the third week I canceled the appointment.
This column is cheaper than Proactive and last longer and help your skin. I am on the Timewise products (36 yrs old) and it took only 2 weeks to clear my skin and I swear I look younger than I did a year ago when I started it.
Try it and if you don't resembling it they take any product support at anytime.....
it could be hormones or u don't wash ur obverse that much
