FOR THE PAST 5 YEARS ONCE I FEEL ALITTLE LIGHT HEADED I ALWAYS KEEP SOMETHING SWEET ASIDE, AND NEVER CONSIDERED THAT IT WAS A PROBLEM, UNTIL ON DAT AT WORK I WAS VERY LIGHT HEADED AND THE ONLY THING THAT I WAS DOING WAS DRINKING SO MANY FLUIDS AND NOT EATING SINCE THE FOLLOWING DAY. AND GOT SOME ORANGE JUICE AND ADD 3 PACKS OF SUGAR AND IT WENT UP TO 119. I FEEL AFRAID.

conventional is 70 to 140. you arent diabetic, but not eating regular meal is going to make you crash only just like a diabetic on too much med. get through real food, usual stuff, and orange liquid is good, but dont add on sugar to it, its fine as it is. good god you hold to eat regular meals or you will exterminate yourself.

Agreed with "aronbesmart" This is symptom of hypoglycemia. Corrected beside sugar is ok just as long as you follow next to a carb. (ex:crackers....) The sugar fix wil raise blood sugar nifty but will also again fall fast if not followed by something substantial. A BS reading of 41 is immensely low...if you research hypoglycemia, you will find other reasons to manufacture sure you eat regular meal and also carry small snacks around. I own this so "grazing" is a way of existence for me :)
