Broken skin on Vagina?

i would advise not to use cream. not wearing underwear will help dry the sores up, so thats one good thing.
if you do not know how you got a yeast infection and it just appeared you could be diabetic. get tested okay?

i had a really bad case over a year ago not as bad as u describe but the skin was broken and it was very painful. the doctor gave my antibiotics which worked really quickly. i suggest you go to your doctor you cannot go on like this. hope you get the help ypu need,
maybe you should try some A&D ointment on it. it is thick so it will provide more of a barrier between the skin and the urine. the only thing i can think of is to keep putting the cream on it and pray that i gets better. if it doesnt start getting any better in a week though call your doctor back and see if they can give you something else to use.
you need to get to a doctor right away. Don't mess around with something this serious
