Weird marks on the side of thighs?
Answer:
sounds like stretch marks. it could be from rapid weight lose or gain. I think vitamin c helps. The local drug store may also sell a lotion that targets stretch marks to help to fade and soften them. Its not some serious skin issue,.
they probably ARE stretch marks. either consult your friends, parents or a doctor because i may be wrong
It sounds like stretch marks to me. But I would check it out with your doctor just to be safe.
They are probably stretch marks, as you said. Sometimes stretch marks are wide, and sometimes fairly narrow, but they *almost* always dip in, like you said. Girls get them on their hips, breasts, and butt most often when growing up, but can get them anywhere from gaining to much to quickly. Try using lotions to soften them and help heal a little faster (do this daily). I think Retin-A is the best to use on them to help them fade, but this requires a perscription, and a general/family physician will generally perscribe it. At-home microdermabrasion also helps, so you can buy an at home kit, but be careful not to irritate the skin too badly by using frequently. Stay away from the sun or anything that gives off UV rays, since this increases risks or skin cancer. Look up pictures of stretch marks if you are still unsure if that is truly what they are. Best of luck.
P.S. Spray on tans will help cover them for time being, since it is summer. Make sure you use sunscreen if you are going to use Retin-A/Tretinoin or Microdermabrasion.
