Ask your doctor in the order of a light treatment. I psoriasis and I go to the hospital several times a week for about a month and it get rid of it. It hasn't been subsidise since. Not to mention I got a great sunburn as well!
My grandmother have Psoriasis really bad. She swore by bananna peel. She would take the bananna out of the coat and rub the inside of the peel on her psoriasis. I other thought she was crazy, but she said it worked for the itching. I also have a friend that had it really bleak for years and used Hemp Lotion. They sell it at Wal-mart. He used that religiously and after a few weeks you couldn't even give an account he had a problem. Also sun help so maybe try lay out. Hope this helped.
OTC cortisone unguent or cream is one possibility.
I use a topical cream called DOVONEX that is to say quite important at keeping it at bay, so my facade , elbows & knees look pretty good. Some general public use Lotriderm with it, but I found the Dovonex be all I call for for now. Good Luck.
I own psoriasis on my elbows, scalp, and several other spots in sundry other places (including my face). Some of them are very life-size, and very bumpy. Lotions usually don't do much more than remove the scales. The best way to treat psoriasis is to move about to a dermatologist. I don't have strength insurance, so that isn't an option for me. What I do is use a reliable application of ultraviolet radiation (sunlight), but DO NOT get sunburned. That can purely make the psoriasis worse. Soak within a tub of sea saline once a week - or even better - get some brackish from the Dead Sea. You can probably order it on eBay. Whatever you do, do not put any thoughtful of cortical steroid on the psoriasis. This has an instant effect of reducing the appearance, and it seems really awesome that its going away, but after it comes back worse than it be before you started treating it. It spreads, and get larger and more scaly within the long run. Good luck.
Well I can help you hopefully. I have something on my foot for about a year and it kept growing till I go to the Dr.'s. My family Dr. said it be a fungus and his physicians assistant told me something else. So I went to the dermatologist and he told me I have psoriasis and gave me a prescription X 2 of this cream and told me that this is something I have to live with and it be inherited. I couldn't use the medication because it burned my foot and so I stopped using it after a week and used of all things Vasaline and you might not believe this, but its gone and I do enjoy to put it on every chance I can. Its raw and pure and you can't cover the psoriasis so I suggest doing it before you budge to bed.
you may find something useful from http://csdcc.com/ psoriasis is not incurable but it is painful HOPE U GET RIDE OF IT AS SOON AS POSSIBLE
