Do you already have diabetes? Or is this just something you pulled out of thin air? Even if it IS (these aren't the cardinal signs), you would need to go to the doctor to get diagnosed anyway.
These do not sound like typical symptoms of Diabetes to me. Nausia in Diabetics is caused from elevated sugars WITH ketone build-up. If left untreated, a person would be dead within a couple of days. The dizziness in Diabetics is usually caused from a low blood sugar and usually only happens when given too much insulin or too much exercise. That symptom would only happen for a few minutes until treated. If not treated, then the dizziness would get progressvly worse accompanied by other symptoms and then the person would go into a coma or death. This can happen very quickly.in just minutes if not treated.
I am no doctor, so am not qualified to diagnose, but I did want to ease you a little about being Diabetic.
As the earlier poster stated, you really need to see a doctor though to get a diagnosis. Do not take this lightly! In spite of what I have just told you, it is still possible that you are diabetic and only a doctor can tell you that.

HI. you need to as soon as possible see your medical doctor to resolve this. you could have anything from a virus to an evolving illness. please take your symptoms seriously. you may need to go to the emergency room;)michele
Sometimes I get those symptoms when high, yes even dizziness, sometimes i DO get low symptoms for highs. About a month ago at school, I was walking out of class and i realized i couldnt' walk straight. I began to walk in zigzags and feel very sick and weak. When i finally made it down to the nurse, my sugar was 390 - no ketones. Hey there have been people diagnosed at 700 with trace ketones. Go to the closest doctor. They should have a Blood Glucose Monitor. Get them to check you. Before i was diagnosed (feb of 2007) i was sleepy all the time and had previously been sent home with dizzy spells from school. GO TO THE DOCTOR BEFORE YOU GO INTO A COMA!! (diabetic ketoacidosis - DKA)
Are you sure it is your sugar levels and not that you are pregnant?
i would say meet a doctor and soon but im not that sure its diabetes but i cant be sure b/c im not a doctor but when my mother went 2 the hospital the other day she went b/c she was feeling nausciaus and dizzy...also her eyes twictched but still mayb u should go 2 the hospital 2 she stayed 4 like 3 days so its important u go get checked out
