Last year I suffered from "cold water" trailing down my left leg, but there wasn't any water. Then I noticed my left index toe was numb, on and off, I kept thinking I stepped on a little paper which is why I wasn't feeling the carpet on that toe, not the case. This year. in January I noticed severe soreness and stiffness in feet and calves. I walked like I was crippled. It traveled again to both thighs, still in the calves, life leaving a paper trail. The sormuscles and stiffness now has entered into my bicepts as of last week and as of today into my forearms. The pain is only in arms and leg muscle lke I was immunized directly into the main muscles. Getting up in the morning is insane to say the least. However now, I get stiff again just sitting for 5 minutes, it's like I have to restretch out my arms feet and legs just to stand up, like riggamortis is setting in. Repeated urination without drinking anything, blurred vision.

My dad had M.S. The heat would get to him so bad, he'd fall. He'd get dizzy, he had problems with his eye sight, his left foot was bugging him. He has some numbness. Heat was the worst, cold didn't bother him as much. Lived many years with it! There are two types. One you will have symptoms and they will go away and you many not see them again for several months, to a year to a few years. I had similar symptoms when i was younger, and it was annoying, but went away after a few months.
Maybe it's stress.
Of course, the only way to know for sure is to get tested at the doctor's. Usually MS doesn't happen unless you are in your 30s or 40s, and it's quite rare.
