Why are my legs marbled with veins?

My legs are coverd in veins.. why do they do this??

Answer:
These are "spider veins" or vericose veins. It is a genetic anomaly but doctors think it has something to do with hormones within the individual. You can't help your genetics but spider veins are completely harmless if not aesthetically pleasing.
If you want to get rid of them, there is a solution called sclerotherapy. They basically inject saline solution into your veins and it makes them disappear.
to get blood to your feet! lol

If this is a purplish marbling, it is very likely a condition called Livedo Reticulitis. This is most often associated with an autoimmune disease. I have this on my legs arms and torso. Here is a link with a photo.
