I don't know why you want a white leg pit. I think you're talking about what I call a knee pit, your leg pit is your crotch.
If it's your crotch you want to whiten, I would wonder why. The same advice, stay out of the sun. Don't try to bleach your skin. New layers of dermis become the epidermnis all the time. If you are naturally light skinned, lighter skin will appear soon.
