I own anxiety which is cause me to own hypertension. My doctor doesn't believe me.?

1.Breathe properly - if you control your breathing, you control nouns. Your doctor is looking at the intact person and specifically the physical symptoms your body is putting out. Try his mode and see if the situation eases regardless of the stress height.
Anxiety does not cause hypertension. It can contribute to it but is not the actual basis of it. You need to see a doc who will treat your anxiety for you so any change docs or see a specialist if you don't want to modification doctors.
