How does strecthing before exercise helps skeletal and muscular system?

Answer:
stretching increases blood flow and warms up the muscles, tendons and ligaments to prevent damage before starting rigorous exercise, It can also help to loosen joints to stop them clicking as, when you exercise, your bones, joints and muscles move in ways which you don't normally move them in everday use..
you should warm up for about 5 -10 mins before exercising and then you need to warm down afterwards to let the muscles and joints relax back to their normal position
most damage is done when people don't warm up and warm down properly
Well...strecthing is really good 4 flexibility...n it also helps u 2 warm up n loosen ur muscles so that u won't hurt anything...i'm not very sure about skeletal system though...but it's definitely recommended that u strech b4 doing any kinds of exercise...
