When I stand up, I'm dizzy/off be a foil for for a moment. Is this blood pressure article? I'm 72 years older?

Answer:
You might want to get checked by your doctor anyway, but also look up this one on the Mayo Clinic website or MedFacts website...or even Google this occupancy: benign positional vertigo. It's sometimes listed as BPV. Most medical websites also include how this is diagnosed [even shows diagrams of what a doctor have you do to make sure this is what it is]. 'Positional' is the clue...when you progress from standing up to sitting down, or vice-versa, or possibly bending over [shoelaces, etc.] you'll get for a while 'stagger' feeling. Also, when you falsehood down - the bed feels resembling you're being tilted or whirl. Get the blood-pressure looked at anyway, but check out BPV! p.s., 'Benign' is the other clue.. not serious, just unsettling!
Could be an ear infection also... Better jump get checked out.
Get your iron level checked. Could be anemia.
I get this and i am 14! My doctor said its because i stand up to briskly and so all the blood rushes through me which make me dizzy and unbalanced. But to be sure conceivably you should go and see your doctor xx
I am not sure what it is. But you should see a GP and capture some check ups. Blood pressure, sugar etc.
72 yrs old? what are you wasting your time on this for , why don't you only call the doc?
I agree don't bear any chances next to other peoples opinoins
go to your doc. capture checked out.
It could be any number of things. You certainly have need of to see a doctor about it.
Good luck.
You are standing up too hurried.
Being 72, there could b several reasons.

2.U may b have anaemia.
3.Ur suger levels may b disturbed any way.
4.U may b have high blood pressure.
5.U may b suffering from Cervical Spondylosis.
6.U may enjoy an internal ear infection.
7.U may b dehydrated.
8.The arteries carrying blood 2 ur go before including brain ofcourse, may have get narrower due 2 vessel walls getting thickened due 2 age or due 2 formation of a blood clot surrounded by the vessels within the neck.
9.U may own malnuitrition.
Pl see ur doc.
call emergency services...yes it could be blood pressure, you could be have a stroke or heart attack.
It is most likely a blood pressure issue but discuss it near your doctor
I'm 55 and the same article happens to me. In certainty, it's been going on for most of my grown life. I suspect it's a circulation issue, so I'm voting for blood pressure even though mine's simply a little elevated. Here's a thought, why don't you have your doctor check it out?
That is what we give the name orthostatic hypotension. Your blood pressure "bottoms out" for a moment, then restores to average. Just make sure you stand up slow and don't move until the dizziness pass.
It's usually related to your blood pressure, but it could be a number of other things: your ears, a allergic reaction to medication. make sure you draw from up slowly and check your meds to be sure its not a side effect
It could be many things, probably serious, perhaps not serious. Please see your doctor as soon as possible. To make a note of a personal experience, my Dad's prostate medication (Flomax) caused him to enjoy orthostatic HYPOtension (a significant DROP in blood pressure when one stands and begin walking).
