So i have anxiety and frenzy attacks been to 10 doctors have 5 blood work done including one in my wrist to check my oxygen rank i had to Ecg's Done i own 2 neurological test done Both gain A+ and i had chest x rays front posterior side me laying down and also i have a paps and a physical and ear check so i still have shortness of breath (because I STILL THINK I'M DYING) which i don't reason i am people enlighten me m healthy so anybody know what i can do to control my anxiety and madness attacks i don't want to take meds and do you have an idea that I'm gonna stop breathing...And i have be to a physicist he told me anxiety too and I'm 20 years old near and its embarrassing when the doctor comes to me and say its all within my head especially waiting within emergency for 12 hours

i had it for around 40 yrs. until i watched a special on hbo in the region of it i had thought for 40yrs. i be going crazy.i had adjectives the symtoms you mentioned plus more.it's descibed as if your body thinks it's mortal chased by a tiger who wants to take out you.but, and the big but is, there is no tiger and IT IS surrounded by your head.if you want to stir on for 20 more years of this suffering,don't follow yor doctors advice.the meds help me and i'm sure a professional doctor would be glad to help you.
