no, HIV antibodies are immune to most common antibiotics, thats why you die, theres nothing that stops the antibodie. You can take certain meds that will slow it down, causing an effect on the test, but if your taking HIV meds, you already know you have it
antibiotics i believe won't effect the HIV test result, however HIV antibodies are not scientifically called HIV antibodies, the same antibodies can be activated to fight off other infections as well such as tuberculosis, HIV testing tests for HIV antibodies, so if you have some kind of other illness that activates HIV antibodies, your test result can come back positive when you really aren't positive, that's what you call a false positive.
