Can we become partially inoculated from one virus by a similar virus?

I am thinking of norovirus. There are many types. So if I get one, is there a chance I might be innoculated for a certin percentage of another one?

Answer:
immunity to norovirus is not lifelong you can become immune to it and then later loose the immunity as you age.
