I am just wondering because mine be 120, Is that bad?

Answer:
The American Diabetes Association (ADA) recommend that you keep your blood sugar level at:1

80 mg/dL to 120 mg/dL before meal and less than 160 mg/dL 1 to 2 hours after meal when using a blood sample drawn from a capillary (a whole-blood sample).
90 mg/dL to 130 mg/dL before meal and less than 180 mg/dL 1 to 2 hours after meal when using a blood sample drawn from a fingertip (plasma blood sample).
mundane blood sugar before a collation is 120 so your on the high side of average
80-100 is normal blood sugar

no 120 is not unpromising
Did you fast since the test? Fasting blood sugar level should be 70-110.
It's a little lofty. supposed to be below 100
Normal lab test vary a little base upon equipment and method of testing--however, in most cause fasting blood sugar(glucose) is 90-120.
Immediately after a feast and for up to an hour blood sugar may go as soaring as 200, but should never go over. The blood glucose height should return to 90-120 after 3 hours.
Anything under 60 and over 200 can explanation coma, seizures, and death(usually over 350).
Your glucost level should be 4.0 to 7.0 before meal and 5.0 to 10.0 two hours after meals.
If you are not a diagnosed diabetic you should own a Glucose tolerance test done. 120 is not discouraging but an indication to investigate further.
Actually that is not impossible at all most doctors would similar to your blood sugar levels to be 70-125 anything superior than 130 is affecting the internal organs.
