What do strong creases down the middle of down your finger nail close-fisted?

I'm not sure if it means they could indicate a heart problem...Has anyone ever heared of this

I've always hear it happens as we obtain older, never
hear of it being because of any condition problem.
I don't know your age so don't know if that applies to you.
I've seen it habitually in elder adults.
