Heat Rash ?

Im going to be outside for about 2-3 hours in the heat tomorrow. & I get heat rash. Does anyone have any suggestions what I can do? ie: like drink alot of water tonight. or put on a powder?

Answer:
When sweat remains unevaporated and the skin's pores become blocked, heat rash is likely to develop. The irritating rash, also known as prickly heat and medically as miliaria, is characterized by tiny, itchy red splotches, inflamed skin, and miniature blisters. While folk remedies aim to soothe the skin, absorb moisture, and inhibit infection, the best treatment may simply be cool showers and plenty of air.
