No news is GOOD news..believe me. I've been tested a few times, and they also say if I don't hear from them---everything turned out okay. Cruel, I know. But very true. You may think you have Chlamydia b/c you are experiencing "funky things down there," but you could very well have something else going on (yeast infection, bacterial infection, etc...).
If you haven't heard from them, then you need to call. If you do have it you'll need to get started on some sort of antibiotics as well as get a shot. And I don't think it should take that long (10 days) in the first place to find out.

I just don't understand why they didn't tell you if you have it or not. I would not just sit back, I will call just to safe. better safe then sorry.
whats makes you so sure you had it as there are no symptoms for it maybe it was something else thrus maybe that you need to get checked out i would have a full STD test if i were you
