My friend have merely shown me his hand and they own strange little spots on them?anyone know what they are?

they have no discolouration and he said they only just ever itch, but if he squeezes his nails together over them they permit out little bits of clear liquid and he can verbs the skin off.
He said if he leaves them next in a couple of weeks they shrink dry up and the skin around them freshly scratches bad like a scab!
I said I would ask if anyone know what it was so any info would be appreciated.
Oh yeah he said he simply ever gets it on his fingers but once he have it on his toes also.

Answer:
they are not scabies if they stay on his hands and foot scabies spread if not treated. Most plausible they appear after he eats alot of big acid foods. It sounds more approaching a common dermatological response to too much sour in the blood. He should not mark them off until they do scab or he could win an infection. And if he moderates his diet and reduces the soaring acid foods, later they should go away. Sometimes stress can grounds this reaction as economically.
sounds like scabies,he should see a doctor and procure some lotion.
It could be many different things - including fungal infection, allergic antipathy (not always itchy), or something impossible like syphilis surrounded by one of the later stages.
Sounds close to some sort of infection - maybe a yeast infection or could be something similar to infatigo or psoriasis. Try the doctors.
he need's to see a dermastology doctor.
i do get some spots next to clear liquid surrounded by them before but that's when my skin is wrapped up when i touch warm and go off when i be aware of cooler, sort of like rash but i have never hear in the past that such spots can grow on toes.
Contact dermatitis? Allergies. fungus.
