How do you achieve rid of Vitiligo?

I have Vitiligo, a skin condition, and its on both of my knees, if anyone know any ways to get rid of it, or lately clear it up a bit, it would mean A LOT to me!

I own vitiligo too. on my shoulder, stomach, upper back, and elbow. i would jump to the dermatologist to get treatment. I hold tried a vitamin d cream, a steroid cream, drinking Noni juice, and nought has worked. nearby are light treatments you can try, but they might not work. I've also hear that some vitamins clear it up. Also, makeup can cover your vitiligo up. here is a site i have found deeply helpful. http://www.vitiligosupport.org/...
