My dad is 81 and lost his sense of smell. He can predilection virtuous all the same but have other have sinus problems.?

My nephew who is very soon 20 lost his is sense of smell when he is was a child. He did own a lot of colds and sinus problems when he be younger. Other than that he is fine. He can taste fine too. ( he loves to eat- big guy- 6ft 3in over 200lbs)
