I own a slight stuttering problem. What can I do?

I have trouble getting out some words and putting some words together.

Answer:
One of the best and easiest ways to stop your stuttering is to slow down when you're chitchat, think almost every word before it comes out. Take philosophical breaths when it's really bad and a moment ago relax and try saying the word again.
They used to recommend calling directory assistance- but very soon it costs at least a dollar surrounded by most places.
Have you tried singing the words you have problems beside.

Several uncles and cousins get help through The Stuttering Foundation and their book "Self Therapy for the Stutterer." One uncle also go to a speech therapist who specialized contained by treating stuttering at the same time he worked through the steps within the book.
