It's absolutely ridiculous. Unless the child is have unprtoected sex or sharing needles with other folks he is NOT a risk.
And HIV CANNOT be transmitted by urine. It can only be transmitted by blood, semen, vaginal fluids, and breast milk.
You can't seize it from sharing the same pool!
that's of late screwed up... maybe if the park owner wasn't an idiot the situation could own been avoided... i have it in mind really dont they teach roughly std's in university...poor kid, i'm surprised they didn't sue for discrimination or something along those lines...
