well u said u u cant phone a vet so i e-mailed the photos to my veteranarian friend and he said that he couldent tell but the dog could hold an STD but STDs are highly extraordinary in dogs but it can purely be a cut from fighting ot he could own caught it on a fence trying to squeeze underneath it or he could enjoy a cancer that is approaching the dog version of prostate cancer but beside dogs both sexes can get it
