Please Help really need to know im 13 and be a diabetic since i was born so i dont know how because most diets are low carbed and most pills articulate do not take if your a diabetic so please relief this is serious

Answers:    You really DO need to see a Registered Dietitian acquainted with Type 1 diabetes, and a Diabetes Nurse Educator or doctor who can serve you safely lose counterbalance. Only they will have your medical chart within front of them and know your case. First of adjectives, make sure you really NEED to lose shipment.

Second, stop "feeding" your insulin. Many Type 1 diabetics have frequent low blood sugars. If this is due to your basal insulin dose man too high, you will gain counterbalance. Many Type 1 diabetics find that an insulin pump eliminates unecessary consumption, excess eating for lows, and eliminate snacks.

Many Type 1 diabetics eat doesn`t matter what they want and simply take insulin for it. While I agree that no food is rotten limits, and I agree next to the "Dose Adjustment For Normal Eating" approach, the key word is "normal". Meaning good food and portions the vast majority of the time, close to what everyone should be doing, diabetic or not. Treats are fine, but don't make unwanted items food a habit unless you want to gain cargo and be unhealthy. Type 1 diabetics are not immune to freight gain, heart disease, or cancer. Keep your diet clean 90% of the time, and survey portions. Eat:

-High fibre foods (oatmeal)
-Complex carbs (brown rice, veggies)
-Good fat (olive oil, nuts)
-Lean meat and fish (salmon)

Diet pills are uneffective and dodgy. Avoid them.

Exercise at least 45 min. per year, and lower your insulin doses to avoid hypoglycemia rather than munch through an extra snack. Your diabetes care troop can show you how.

Lastly, if you have gain a lot of unexplained counterbalance, ask to be tested for autoimmune hypothyroidism. It is common within Type 1 diabetics and can lead to weightiness gain if untreated.
You can often find low-carb, non-sugar recipe. I had to pinch insulin for a time, so I know how difficult it can be. I suggest going to your local library and finding some books about strength. Secondly, find an exercise program that works for you and work out three times a week minimum.
