all the oil/butter can hurt but a short time ago plain ol' popcorn is high contained by fibre and incredibly good for you! i am not sure what role brackish plays with acne but we know it cause bloating/water retention. a good method to reduce plump and salt and still hold flavor is to use parmasean cheese as a healthy substitute on your popcorn.
I've never hear of popcorn causing acne.
