Yes they both are widely used and tolerated well by millions.Splenda is the best, next to no after taste,and is not from a chemical foot, it's maltodextrin,sucralose. I use all the time,and I'm not diabetic. Take precision. SW RNP

yes its fine, ive be diabetic for 21 years, and it has no effect contained by ur blood sugar...but there are other concerns near these types of sugar substitutes, sweet and low for example had saccrin, which cuased cancer within lab rats...but they prob fed it to them constantly, and it is not surrounded by equal or splenda

I use both of them and would assume they are undisruptive.
Nobody should use aspartame. It is a poison. It was with the sole purpose put on the market because Reagan's buddy have a financial interest in the company. You should research that. Use splenda (better choice) or saccharin (best choice). If you close to stevia, use it. It is the healthiest of all the products, but it taste terrible IMO.
Splenda is your best bet,recommended by nutritionists for diabetics.
