Does anyone know any cures for pityriasis.?

i know that there is no tangible cure for pityriasis yet, but does anyone know a home remedy to spawn them go away?

There is no TRUE treatment available for this but, some Dr.'s are using aciclovir with moral results. Other dr.'s only treat the symtoms beside steroids, antihistamines etc.
