Is it medically possible to transplant 2 people's brains into respectively others bodies?

it's not possible at the moment. While surgeons could remove the brains they wouldn't be capable of connect them into the new bodies. We currently don't own the technology to re-connect all the nerves that run from the spinal cord to the brain.
