Blood glucose even of 76, apposite or impossible?

My mother is diabetic and I used her blood glucose meter this morning and it said my blood sugar level be 76. It that bad.

Answer:
76 is low for most nation, except if you haven't eaten for a long time, which can organize to low BG's.

For diabetics, that is to be considered a low BG advantage, that must be acted upon.

However, I know people that hold a tendency to hold low BG (a cousin of mine comes to mind), for whom these values can be "normal".

Before making any assumptions one way or the other, you should absolutely consult with a doctor, because "normal" sugars hover around 100.

I would close to to invite your mother to come join TuDiabetes.com, a growing intercontinental community for people touched by diabetes. I judge she will benefit from sharing her experience with others living through matching challenges we diabetics experience every time.
That is low, but not excessively low. You aren't diabetic. You do need some breakfast, though. :)
Thats ok if you didnt munch through anything or waited a hour up to that time checking it when you ate..
7.6 is okay=normal ranges are 4.0 to 7.0 =you must have have something with sugar within it=it is not high though ask Mom =she can report you what high is surrounded by sugar tests
No, that's on the lower side of mundane.
Apparently it is fasting stratum. It is ok.

Eat only when hungry and not more than thrice a daylight. Nothing other than hose down in between. Include plenty of rare vegetables and fruits in respectively meal, preferably 50%. Chew respectively morsel at least 32 times to cause ur body to generate signals of hunger/fullness. Obey these signals.

Take light exercises and brisk walk regularly preferably twice a day.

U will finish what u have not even dreamt and that too contained by a reasonable time. Do not be contained by a hurry.
No, under 100mg/dL is considered regular.
That's slightly low on the fasting side. Between 80 and 110 is considered middle-of-the-road.

What you need to look at however is what did munch through last darkness and when and take multiple reading over time to build a true picture.
its on the lower side of normal. If you havent ate anything for a few hours that also affects the blood sugar. i wouldnt verbs about it though
Good, try living near numbers in the 140's
That's worthy it's nothing to verbs about.
